Fashion renewed in Birmingham as MODA Returns with latest trends

This year’s fashion trends were revealed by MODA at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham as traders from all over the UK stocked up.

MODA, the UK’s largest and one of the most talked about meetings in the fashion industry, returned to Birmingham on 21st to the 23rd of February revealing this years trends.
Ash Alibhal from Trend Council said “You need to know what’s going socially and culturally, as a lot of references comes from what’s coming from music, geography art, because you use these references and put them together in terms of concepts and fashion.”
He also revealed it will be the year of comfort clothing, from knit wear to full body wrap, he went on to say “keeping it comfortable.”
The Event comes twice a year to Birmingham, bringing retailers from across the UK to stock up their stores.
Brenda McMahon Buyer and owner of Brenda’s Boutique, Irelands, “It’s very relaxed, I like the selection and the brands, especially liked the Irish brands, I had a very enjoyable day and the prices are good.”
MODA will return this August from the 7th to the 9th at the NEC.
