About Birmingham Stories & Events
My Name is Fahima Khatun, I am a freelance journalist and created this website to write articles on events and news stories happening in Birmingham. I started writing articles about what's happening in Birmingham in 2015 and still going.

I have worked for companies such as Birminghameastside.com however due to website issues with the website, during the summer of 2017, all the stories were lost, my own along with other journalist, which is the main reason to the creation on this website.

Along with writing for an online company I have also worked for Made in Birmingham TV, Birmingham News. Working alongside the news team, finding stories through using social media and looking at other online activities which were then sent to the news organiser and read through before inputting it into the script to be broadcasted.
