CBBC Live Awesome Authors - Volunteer - (16th July 2016 - 17th July 2016)
Fahima as a volunteer to help create a fun and educational day for children of all ages. Working mainly with the Wolf Blood show, helping children with activities and creating a memorable day and making herself as helpful and informative as possible to the visitors.
She assisted the children in creating short animations of comic strips with their version of stories with the wolf blood characters and fill out quizzes. Informed them as they entered the tent of what was happening when it was happening, such as when the actors and actresses of the shows will be arriving for meet and greet and when the meet and greet was happening I alongside my team kept a safe environment for both the actors children and parents preventing the tent from overflowing with people and helping children stay calm.

Fahima worked closer to the production days and viewing locations alongside the director and cinematographer noting what would be needed on the dates of shoot as well as health and safety issues that need to be addressed at the locations and any important variables that need to be noted and addressed before and during production, so there was no problem well shooting. As well as working with the actors making sure they were set for the days of shoot and had all they needed.
On the days of the shoot, her main role was timekeeping and general production activity ensuring everything was shot and in that time limit. She worked closely with the director and cinematographer ensuring they had all they needed and everyone on and off set was prepared and in the right places at all times so everything was done efficiently.
